As you can see there is water damage on the cardstock frame, cellephane tape damage on the upper left corner, two way foam tape damage (darker yellow colour in center), a ripped out piece, Colour damage to the upper edges, and a piece completely missing.

In an attempt to restore the picture and keep it looking its age some of the water damage was left but reduced.  The tape damage was removed, the torn edges were carefully smoothed out, the missing piece  was carefully created, colour damage was restored in the top left corner.
